Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles
For the purposes of data protection frameworks (such as GDPR or CCPA), the Landlord serves as the Data Controller regarding tenant data, and Tulekula Digital Hub (operating as Resiide) acts as the Data Processor.
2. Processing Scope
Tulekula Digital Hub will only process personal data as instructed by the Data Controller and exclusively for the purpose of providing the property management services via the Resiide platform.
3. Sub-processors
Tulekula Digital Hub may engage third-party sub-processors (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways) under strict confidentiality agreements to deliver the Resiide service.
