1. Subscriptions & Fees

Tulekula Digital Hub operates Resiide on a subscription-based pricing model. Specific tiers, features, and pricing are detailed on our pricing page and during checkout.

2. Rent Processing

When tenants pay rent via Resiide's integrated payment gateways, a processing fee may apply. Landlords define who assumes this fee during configuration.

3. Payouts

Funds collected on behalf of landlords are subject to verification and standard holding periods before being disbursed to the designated bank account.
