▶ How much does Resiide cost?
Pricing is based on your total monthly transacted volume across all your properties combined. The first ZMW 30,000 is charged at 2.6%, the portion from ZMW 30,000–300,000 is charged at 2%, and anything above ZMW 300,000 is charged at 1.6% — so as your volume grows, you pay a lower rate on the additional amount
▶ Is my rent money safe — do you hold it?
Lenco is the payment gateway that processes and holds the funds after a tenant pays. The landlord isn't paid out automatically on a fixed schedule — they can initiate a payout whenever they choose, and once requested, it lands in their account within a maximum of 10 minutes
▶ Which mobile money networks work?
MTN and Airtel are supported.
▶ Can tenants pay cash instead of mobile money?
Yes, cash payments can be logged and clear a tenants outstanding rent charges.
▶ Do my tenants need to download an app?
No app download — tenants go to resiide.com/rent, enter their access code, and pay.
▶ What happens if a payment fails or the network drops?
The tenant is alerted and it reflects on the landlord's dashboard.
▶ Can I set custom SMS reminders instead of using the default ones?
Yes, you can.
▶ Is my tenant and property data private/secure?
All sensitive data is encrypted.
You can delete a tenant or property at any time.
